A gorgeous day was presented to us for the 2006 Shut-In Trail Race.
Special thanks to Adam Pinkston for all his fine efforts in directing this fabulous event.
There were 180 finishers and here are the Results in Word format.

2006 Shut-In Pics

THE RACE: This is a 17.8-mile trail race conducted over
the historic Shut-In Ridge Trail beginning at Bent Creek near
Asheville, NC and climbing over 3,000 feet along the
ridgeline of the Blue Ridge Parkway to the Mt. Pisgah parking lot.
